Why does this page exist?
Every city I visit, I always seem to have a lengthy paragraph on the coffee world there.
If I'm going to be talking about coffee, specialty coffee is definitely going to show up in conversation.
Tt's hard to explain the whole idea of specialty coffee without taking up a big chunk in the blog.
Which is exactly why I made a dedicated page about it.
